More visitors at the booths, no queues at the entrance
Ticket sales for the public and free registration for trade visitors, a portal where exhibitors manage their booth staff and client invitations themselves, badges printed on arrival, zone control and per-day statistics. Inviton brings visitors, exhibitors and the organiser into one system.
A trade show lives off its exhibitors. And they live off visitors at the booth.
The organiser deals with entry and registration, exhibitors want leads and clients. Without one system, both sides lose time and money.
Queues in the first hours
The biggest rush is right after the doors open. Paper lists and manual lookups turn it into a queue outside the hall.
Exhibitors in e-mails
Booth staff lists, parking cards and client invitations are handled through dozens of e-mails and spreadsheets.
Invitations without tracking
An exhibitor hands out free tickets, but nobody knows how many actually came or who brought them.
Badges printed in advance
Hundreds of pre-printed badges, half stay in the box and walk-ins have to wait.
Trade day and public day through one entrance
Trade visitors, exhibitors, VIPs and media have different rights, but the check at the door is only visual.
No data for exhibitors
After the show you can estimate attendance, but you cannot show exhibitors what their participation brought them.

Real trade shows. Real results.
How organisers of an expo and multi-day events handled registration, accreditation and entry.
Visitor registration, VIP zone and QR-based catering
The organiser needed to handle public visitor registration, accreditation of VIP guests and exhibitors, fast entry control, VIP zone access for authorised people only, and food and coffee only for those entitled to it.
Online registration on the client's website with a QR-code ticket in their design. VIP guests and exhibitors were accredited on site via tablets with the Inviton Promoter app, and a badge with a QR code was printed on arrival. QR scanners controlled entry, the VIP zone and the issue of lunches and coffee.
Single-day and multi-day passes checked per day
The list of registered participants lived in Excel with name, company and pass type. Single-day and multi-day passes had to be distinguished, participants checked in quickly on site, and the organiser needed to know who came on which day.
Participants were imported from Excel, hostesses looked them up in the Inviton Promoter app and printed a personalised badge with a QR code. The app showed the lanyard colour by pass type, the scan verified a valid pass for the given day, and more guests could be added during the event.
Inviton helped us cover communication and participant flow in one place. The app with the programme and speaker questions, registration and badge printing all worked reliably. The on-site support was very pleasant too.
