When we added support for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet tickets a few years ago, the main goal was to make life easier for visitors. They no longer had to search for a PDF in their email, download attachments or worry about whether they had the ticket saved on the right phone. A single tap was enough, and the ticket was always ready on their phone.

Today we can see that this way of using tickets has become the standard. Almost half of all event visitors now use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instead of traditional PDF tickets. The reason is simple – it's faster, more convenient and the ticket is always at hand.

That's why at Inviton we've taken Wallet tickets to a new level.

The client was organizing a full-day event for 5,000 employees and needed to keep employee registration, access control and gift-pack handout fully under control. Bus transport was also arranged for everyone, so each person's ticket showed the departure time and the boarding point for their bus.

The organizer of a popular cultural event approached us with a request shared by many modern festivals and conferences:

How can we give visitors up-to-date information about the program, performers and the latest news, while also being able to quickly communicate any changes – ideally straight to their phones via push notifications?

The organizer of one of the largest Slovak festivals approached us with a challenge familiar to anyone who works with dozens or even hundreds of partners 👉 How do you register hundreds of guests from more than 300 partners and suppliers simply, reliably and without chaos – with no need for manual communication and no risk of ticket misuse?

Organizing a multi-day conference calls for a precisely managed registration and entry-control process. The client approached us with a request to import their own list of attendees, print badges on site at the venue, control entries across several days and then get an overview of attendance.

When organizing a corporate event, a guest list alone is not enough. Everything has to run smoothly, from check-in at the entrance all the way to serving drinks. Without a clear system, unnecessary delays would arise, so we automated and simplified the entire process.

Organizing an event can be a demanding process, where every detail has its place. One of the key tasks is managing the guest list and making sure that all the information is recorded correctly. Managing a guest list manually can be time-consuming, and it is easy for an organizer to get lost in the list. Fortunately, there is a solution that can help organizers improve and simplify this process - guestlist software.

In this article we will look at the reasons why organizers should use guestlist software at their events and how this software can help them with organizing and managing their guests.

After the World Cup in 2019 in Špindl and 2021 in Jasná, this was already our 3rd race, our 3rd “World Cup”, our 3rd meeting with Peťa and Mikaela.

This time we were in charge of accreditations - importing the FIS database, preparing and printing cards and issuing accreditations, VIP accreditations, media registration and accreditation, and access control for the individual zones.

The organizers of the Alpine Skiing World Cup in Jasná approached us with a request to handle accreditations and access control for the individual zones, more than a year before the event itself. Back then, no one had any idea about a pandemic and everything looked simple – after all, we already had experience with the Alpine Skiing World Cup from 2019 in Špindlerúv Mlýn,

Whether you are organizing an online conference, workshop, concert, or any other paid event and you are looking for a system that, besides selling tickets, also handles streaming your content, you have come to the right place.

You are surely wondering too how to secure your income during the restrictions related to the Coronavirus, now that all public events are banned

For culture, which is going through hard times in the current situation, to survive, it is important that events keep taking place in the formats the situation allows. That is why we would like to point out the option of selling an ONLINE EVENT, where the event is held virtually via a video stream.

Planning an event can be demanding. Any missteps can have critical consequences for your event and your brand, so it's important to put together a basic checklist while you're still in the planning phase and to fill in the details later.

That's why we've prepared a list of the TOP 10 most important things you shouldn't forget. These things will help you make sure your event runs smoothly and reduce the chances of something going wrong.

If you're planning an event that will use name badges, you're surely wondering how to print them as efficiently as possible, without blowing your budget and at the same time without creating unnecessary waste.

Pre-printed badges can be a problem, because you have to send them to production several days before the conference itself, and yet even the day before the event the names on your guest list are still changing and being added to.

Online marketing is one of the most common ways to promote events. Ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google are now a major part of every campaign - whether you manage them yourself or hire specialists.

Constant development and improvements in online marketing keep pushing it forward. Over time we have grown used to detailed statistics, ad targeting options and the Pay-Per-Click model (PPC), where we pay only for clicks.
