Problem

What slows down seated ticket sales

Paper seating plans, phone reservations and tickets across three systems. This is where cultural events lose time and revenue.

Seating plan on paper

Sold seats are marked by hand and selling the same seat twice is only a matter of time.

Reservations by phone and e-mail

The visitor waits for a reply, the box office retypes names and unclaimed reservations block seats.

Online sales and box office apart

Two records, two occupancy states, and the evening before the show nobody knows how many seats are left.

Repeat performances

The same show on ten dates means ten seating plans prepared by hand.

Group orders

Schools, companies and clubs order dozens of seats at once and every order is invoiced manually.

No overview

How many balcony and how many stalls tickets sold is known only after counting the stubs.

FAQ

Questions about reserved seating and seated ticket sales

Can we build the seating map ourselves?
Yes. In the editor you lay out rows, seats and sectors to match the real venue, or we prepare the map for you. A finished map is reused for every further show.
Can we have different prices for stalls, balcony and VIP?
Yes. Every sector or even a single row can have its own price and ticket types, for example discounted tickets for students or seniors.
Does the box office sell from the same map as online?
Yes. The box office and online sales share one occupancy state, so a seat sold at the counter disappears from the website immediately.
How do you handle reservations for schools, companies or clubs?
Group orders are handled directly in the system, including a reserved block of seats, an automatic invoice and tickets sent by e-mail.
Can a show be copied to another date?
Yes. A new date is created as a copy of an existing show including the seating map, sectors and prices.
Can we sell tickets through our own website?
Yes. Embed the sales widget with seat selection on your own site and visitors buy without being redirected.
How does entry control work?
Scan the QR code on the ticket with a phone or a reader. The system verifies the seat and the date and blocks repeated use of the ticket.
