Model European Parliament Slovakia 2019

Model European Parliament Slovakia is a four-day-long conference giving high school students the opportunity to discuss important issues faced by the EU, and practice public speaking skills. This year's session will take place on March 14 - 17 in Bratislava. 

Registration fee

We'd like to note that registering binds you to pay the registration fee which is 28€ and includes food and drinks throughout the whole conference, as well as print and promo materials. In case you will not be able to attend the event in the end, you will have to find a delegate to replace you - we will not be refunding the paid fees.

Accommodation

Delegates will be accommodated in a hostel in Bratislava. It will host all accommodated delegates and is easily accessible by public transport from the committee sessions venue. Delegates who wish to be accommodated will need to choose "participation + accommodation for 3 nights” ticket (price includes 3 nights, 1 night for 15 euros, and breakfast). Please note that while the committee sessions start on Friday morning, there will be an opening ceremony and a workshop for inexperienced delegates on Thursday afternoon/evening. The conference ends on Sunday, with the last possible accommodation being on Saturday-Sunday night.

Committee & country choice

Please bear in mind that we try our best to accommodate everyone's preferences, meaning that you might not get the committee or country of your first choice. However, we try to ensure everyone gets at least their second choice. If you will have a serious problem with the committee or country we've assigned to you, please reach out to us at registration@mepslovakia.eu. 

We assign the preferences based on a first-come-first-serve basis, so the sooner you fill out the form, the higher your chance of getting the committee & country you wish to be a part of.
